“I started Refresh Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a mobile service to help clients with stress reduction through massage therapy and it is growing into so much more. I now have a private practice in Vallejo, California near the Napa Valley where I specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy, sports therapy, cupping and  stress reduction modalities. In addition to my private clients I work with NFL players and teams(previously worked with the Raiders and Cleveland Browns), professional baseball players, hospitals, major corporations and teach self-massage and breathing techniques for relaxation and focus.”
